Are represented?

- 3 minutes into the film there is a representation of gender as the male who is the fish monger is telling his female worker what to do, while he is interested in another woman. This is shown through diegetic sound.

- The film is played by mainly white characters so that represents Britain at the time. Being very English as it was just after the WWII.

- At 10 minutes into the film it represents it represents children being mischievous.

- 13 minutes the girl is dressed inappropriately for the time - this represents gender, age and
